As a Talent Acquisition Manager at Tech Automation Ltd, you’ll be responsible for identifying and attracting high-calibre candidates, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, and ensuring full compliance with Home Office sponsorship obligations and data protection regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and attract qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, CRM systems, and internal databases.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates to assess experience, technical capability, and cultural fit.
Draft accurate job descriptions and adverts, and post them across the company website, job portals, and social media platforms.
Conduct telephone and video interviews to evaluate candidate suitability for current and upcoming roles.
Prepare candidate profiles and submit shortlisted CVs to clients following company standards.
Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Maintain precise and compliant recruitment records within the applicant-tracking system, ensuring right-to-work and data protection compliance.
